    e 810 web problem

    the web of the fuser always tear and twist on the fuser and pressure rollers ,the web replaced with new one also the motor - all gears - web pushing roller - the fuser roller but nothing helped . any ideas guys thanks

    Did you replace the one way bearing on the foam roller? Usually this locks up and causes all sorts of web issues. Also make sure that it is in the correct way. Or just take it out and use plastic bushings on both ends.
    And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

    i did it when i replaced the new web and after 5 copies the web rived so are there any setting in 08 help in this issue? because i will burn it after 1 hour if it don't worked well
