Common Access Card and toshiba e-studio

I really really really need a card reader that will work with toshiba e-studio 451c and 351c
the card is a Common Access Card for the department of defense
the card reader has to be able to prevent someone else to continue using the copier once user removes the card.

FIPS-140-2 it has to be able to do level 4

encryption
active directory enable
digital signature

please let me know what else you need
