I am getting these codes while stapling. The stapler moves to the proper position but when the stapler should clinch it pulls these codes the machine was only at the customer location for a week I swapped it out and brought it in to the shop. I replaced the stapler and the finisher main board. With no luck has any seen this code and know the solution?
This code still comes up intermittantly on this finisher.any ideas?

Did You do Toshiba's procedure like explained in SH?

I have had problems on other models with the ribon cables, which give the signal to the staple unit. You can repair them but it is best to replace them. No problems so far with these models though.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
code 08 4548 : 0 = MJ 1031 and 1= MJ 1101
Just verify that maybe !!?
