Sounds like etiher a Laser unit PWB or the LGC bd is the culprit. Emujo

I have many times had to replace Developer drive gear, frame side of copier, for this problem. Have also had my guys miss problem, shaft side of gear gets rounded out.

try making a copy print with the main charge hvt lead dissconnected do you get a black copy

hdd format is always worth a shot also a get out of jail 08 - 690

and for the brave !!!!soft ram clear 08 -664 and the very brave

full ram clear 08 - 665 ( you will have to do a dev set up after and check cassette sizes etc

must be in factory mode 08 203 change value ( dont forget to change it back otherwise youre total counter wont work
