The Rio Grande series (I've the 600 and th 850) is an excellent built machine, we used to have very few service call between PM's most of them are related to the upper Fuser roller and transfer unit junction harness.

other than this we don't have any serious issue,we've smthn like 20 machine with counter around 1 to 3 Million copies.
the evidence of this is that Toshiba has did exactly nothing in it's new series the Alabama 555,655,855 machines except the panel and user interface.

    P.S.
Up to Toshiba SHB the maximum life for this machine is 12 Million
