You have a problem with either the charge or transfer/sep corona. It could be anything from a broken wire to the hvps. Good luck.

take away the charge corana cleaner assy the green one at all and try to make a copy this thing make only problems with humidy

First try cleaning the transfer/separation chargers, their leaf springs, the transfer/separation holder. Then clean the main charger and the main charger holder. If there is still c97 look if there is sum metal object between the metal aligning roller and the metal plate under the process unit.
C97 is problem with the voltage.
