i am a small thing in front of all you technitions but i know the problem of emoju because i already had suffered from this problem but at last i got the solution that you can say that it was simple but solved my big problem. so the proccess is
· Turn power to “Off”
· Press and hold the “0” and the “8” buttons
· Enter “673” and press “start” ( this will reset 08-355 - display of drum life counter and 08-401-drum life counter ) -- valid when08-689 is set to “1”
· Enter “0” for the value
· Press set to save value
If Drum Maintenance Warning message does not disappear from display after ensuring 08-689 is set to “1” and performing 08-673 then perform the following:
· Press the “Program” button on Operation Panel
· *, #, *, * (puts into service mode)
· Select “Test Mode”
· Press “Set”
· Select “Maintenance”
· Press “Set”
· Select “Memory Write”
· Press “Set”
· Input the Address “ *425762”—(display will look like E25762)
· Press “Set”
· Input Data-- set to “00”
· Press “Set”
· Change address E25762 to E25763
· Press “Set”
· Input Data—set to “00”
· Press “Set”
· Do same for E25764 and E25765—Set data to “00” for them as well
· Cycle power off then on
