    ES 281c no power

hi all; was working on a 281c ,power was off but it was plugged in ; screw fell in on what i believe would be the FIL board(smaller board behind the bracket in the lower left rear corner that is just past where the power plugs in and the 15a breaker ties into) and flashed.now no power.would it be that board that is fried?and breaker would not have any effect since the board is past it?would it pop any fuses on the power supply if power was off?or could it have damaged the power supply?thanks

    1, possibly
    2, did the breaker kick?
3, did you look to see if any fuses were popped?
    4, possibly

and I believe that is indeed the FIL board you are talking about.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.
