Install a problem as for E-STUDIO35(GL1010) the instauration

I carry on system instauration with the CD of download:
The square one uses the partition cd a processing hard drive and install normally;
The second step uses the recovery cd instauration system and install to apparently appear a problem:
But when the procedure circulate"######The My List of37bf50 !!!"hour, computer time respond(disappear a hard drive light shining) for a long time, the good elephant is a computer dead lock and the system can't continue to install procedure, please ask:
1.Is this normal?If falsely often, how should solve?
2.Use the recovery cd instauration system, does the general demand have another long time?

I am not sure what you mean. However it does take an hour to an hour and a half to reload the system then 45 minutes to an hour to reboot the first time. Then 30 minutes after it was up and loaded. I have had to run the procedure 2 to 3 times to get it to take. Also If you have not replaced the controller hard drive you may need to do this.

i did press " ok" on copier in Printer/network section when monitor appear a line "######The My List of37bf50 !!!" then appear ".. busy ... media .." but copier sound and end but not finished.
can you help me
