hi, have large cap paper draw, sometimes can just make one copy out of draw then will read out of paper!!!
cannot reset without turning main power off!
also was trying to feed out of large cap , had back off could hear clutch engaging, but motor would not turn, all i did was touch motor and it started to turn, but then i ran into the add paper! this is the only toshiba i have and unsure if i need a motor control board or the small interface board to the right of it?
does anybody know if hytec will repair these boards?
any help would be super!

the side door on the kd1010 has a cover below it with a micro switch behind it, when you close the side door, it should actuate the micro switch, but sometimes the switch drops out or the metal arm over the switch button bends so it won't actuate.
the result can be false add-paper messages or no feed ( doesn't even try to pick up paper )

also, there's a button switch behind the LCF, they sometimes break / stop working, the result being add-paper.
