    Toshiba eStudio 351c

So I have a problem. The old IT guy changed the admin password so it is no longer 123456. He did this before we decided to network the machine. Now he is no longer with the company. I need to put in our network information into the scanner but cannot do so without that admin password. Any idea how to reset the whole machine to Factory Defaults? I've been looking all over the net for the Service Manual or Handbook, but without any luck.

Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

resetting a machine back to factory default aint a good plan, all you need is to find the admin password out, this is stored in 08 mode ( test mode D ) it's code is 263 ( Administrator's password ( Maximum 10 digits ) )
switch the machine on holding down 0 & 8, keep them held down till a beep occurs ( the extension key should light up on the control panel ), the screen will then come up with Test Mode D, now key in 263 then press the green start button. you should now see the admin password on the screen / be able to change it's value back to 123456 or whatever you wish. press set on the screen to accept the new value / keep current value, then just switch off / back on as normal.

Is the same procedure on just about all of the e-Studio devices.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
