Estudio 351c Memory Upgrade
Hi
I'm planning to upgrade the entire memory modules on the mainboard of the estudio, it will upgrade with
2Nos. of 512MB/PC133 SDRAMs
1No. of 512MB/PC333 DDR1 module.
What's your feedback regarding this??

If it is going to be used more as a printer than a copier, than upgrading the memory will help. Not sure on the memory description but here are the Toshiba memory options if that helps. GC-1181 (128mb) and GC-1230 (512mb)

the main memory (SDRAM) it identified only one 512MB SDRAM module only, that's because maximum memory that can be upgraded is only 768MB for main memory,
But Page memory (DDR)was upgrade with 512MB DDR1 Memory module and it got detected without any problems.
Performance got better when Scan to file option is used when I scan 300dpi multiple docs it shows on the pc quickly.
Graphical prinouts using Adobe illustrator and photoshop will not queue up for a longtime to process printouts. Thats all can be observed..

When calibrating the machine after you have fitted extra memory, there will be 2 more calibration you will need to perform after a service or change of parts effecting CQ.
They are 48 FAX to print. To scan back in 1001. And 49 FAX. To scan back in its 1003.
I replied to your other thread a minute ago or so.
