    Emujo if you were such a good technician you will posted the solutions but in my opinion you only chat cause you do not know how to handdle this kind of problem.....
    And i suggest not to make idiot comparison like mitsubishi.....
    In the future i suggest not to make judgments of other technicians but if you can help and find solutions send it!!!!

    You didn't ask for a solution..you asked for firmware,(free please o please) not advice...seemed like you knew what you were doing. Obviously I was mistaken...I'm sure you are a capable tech on the stuff you're trained on...but you won't catch me working on my "friend's" Xerox, I work on Toshiba and KM only. Had a problem with an HP deskjet..posted "I'm not trained, any advice for this problem", no one had any aswers so I told the customer sorry can't help. Somehow I kept myself from posting "you forum guys are so mean...no one will help me..boo hoo". And having a "cool" lego set doesn't make you a tech. Emujo
