Toshiba e-Studio 520 Counters do not increment.

    Hello Everyone,

I still have one remaining issue with a Toshiba e-Studio 520 that we have been working on. None of the internal digital counters increment!

Whenever I print-out the Total Counter information from the Administrator section, all the counts are the same. When I access Top Access and view the logs it does record all copies, prints, and listings correctly. There is no external counter installed and no departmental counters are being used. I have viewed all the 08 section for anything pertaining to inhibiting the counter operation. The machine does have options for print and scan installed and are now working. (Thanks to everyone answering my problem with the scan issue on a previous thread)

Being that this unit is in a school setting, cost per copy, this is a major concern to say the least.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    Many Thanks!

Thank you very much! I did not know that the meter could be started and stopped for service work.
