how often did this machine fails at your customers?
at our side we have many problems with it and mainly image quality issues.
just want to know about your side.

I have many of these Models in the field with no Problems. As long as you keep the PM's up to date -Drum,Blades,Developer and don't forget the Corona's...the Copy Quality should be resolved.

Hi,

This is OEM machine from Sharp.
I don't have any big trouble in here with this machine. except the laser unit fail from 1-2 machine but you can change only the polygon motor.

in my opinion this machine get point 7,5 from 0 to 10.
