The 400K PM came up and I performed the Dev and Drum Blade Change-Plus the Fuser work. I just did not have a drum and I am waiting. I performed the Auto Toner sensor adjustment and the Image adjustment-290 And it worded fine for 1200 copies-Now I'm getting a Grey Background on Everything-How can I resolve this without putting a new drum in yet?I'm waiting for the drum to come and my Customer is getting upset. P.s. The dark copies don't get better with exposure adjustment-

try resetting drum count to "0"..have seen something like that before..not sayin it don't need a drum but it may get ya by till it comes in..good luck..
