Firmware e-Studio 35 trouble

Hi guys:
This is my 1st post in this community. I was trying to change the menu language in a e-Studio 35 copier, but something went wrong and now I have this error: Firmware version up mode, Recovery Mode: Target 4 failed. Press Start key to install new firmwares.

I would like to get this firmware software, but I cannot find it on the net.

I will be waiting for your answers, Thanx

The engine firmware on these is upgraded via jigs that plug straight into the board. you need the correct EEPROM on the jig, then just plug it in and it updates. However, I feel that you may have a different issue here. I have had this error before, but I can't remember what happened. I have a feeling it had something to do with the printer board, but maybe someone else knows...

Send a message via Yahoo to sergei
perhaps you may try to clear the nvram flag.. if i remember correctly, go to "clear" + "3" mode, select 1. good luck

First of all thanks for your support.

The problem is that I canīt even get into the menu, because when I turn the copier on, inmediately the error appears.
Iīm gonna try with another hard drive, and see what happens.

Before you change the HDD, disconnect the GL1010 and see if the copier comes up w/o it. That way you'll see if it is a copier or controller issue.
