When printing labels, some of the labels will be jammed inside the machine... It is the labels quality issue?
Could be cheap labels, or wrong kind. Make sure that the labels are for a laser printer, not inkjet. I've had customers make a real mess of their machines using inkjet labels.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
I advise my customers to use the labels manufacturer recommends, as if they damage the machine it could be chargable.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
Try putting labels on the by-pass and set as "thick 2" you should have no problems then.
