Every 50 to 100 copies machines goes into SC 495. Toner bottle unit error according to the Service Manual. Found that air pump wasn't pumping toner through. Found plugged hose (long) leading to the lower connection on the toner hopper. Cleaned all hoses and replaced air pump motor. Cheked toner bank assy. ok. Still goes into the code! Any suggestions?
Check all the hose related to airpump, make sure You check the three tubes those connected to air pump,those three hose have toner clog like a rock, make sure take each tube one by one to clean deeply that so the promblem
