    Toshiba 1370 Developer replacement

Hi yall, just after some advice if possible, I`m gonna be replacing a dev on a toshiba 1370, a machine I have never worked on before (or any toshiba for that matter) I know how to remove the unit etc because I serviced it the other day, I was just wondering if someone could tell me if I have to do a dev set up and explain how to do it.

    All help appreciated.

You may also need to adjust the exposure. If so, you will need to firstly clean the optics and dust glass before the drum unit, (probably done when you serviced the machine. Then...

    MANUAL EXPOSURE 0+5, power on, code 1, start,default 128, acceptable values 0-255.
AUTO EXPOSURE 0+5, power on, code 2, start, same as above. (the higher the value entered, the lighter the output becomes.)

    Once in service mode (0+5)
    "interrupt" sets a value
"energy saver" allows you to make a copy. (Leave your test chart on the glass and make an output every time you change an exposure value.)
"0+9" keys together will exit service mode.

    Hope this makes sense.
