Help me fix C440 error in E 355 !!!!!!!!!!!!! .............. serious problem

some of those ic on the logic board is busted the only way is to replace it. i see this before on the older estudio copier those who are 35 and 45 ppm.

Do you know exactly which IC ?

I see it you have swapped the logic board and fuser from the broken machine to another and those parts worked on the other machine. Have you tried the power supply board?

When you get the code C440 is the fuser warm, hot or cold?

As I saild from begin

I a swapped Fuser unit, power supply and LGC board one by one

And sure the problem in LGC

when machine get error, the fuser is hot ( but not hot enought )

im sorry. im not really familiar on this machine but have you try the to replace the IH board? if this machine have.

Give this a try. Sometimes the thermistor wire harness can get squashed right near where the fuser unit pin (locator) at the rear side of the fuser unit. Try a new set of thermistors and file some of the plastic frame away to give them a little more space.
