3500c please help!

I desperately need HDD firmware to make a Toshiba e-Studio 3500c operational. It's been warehoused on a bad lease for the last 2 years, we have to return it to the leasing company shortly, and I had to securely erase the HDD to comply with legal requirements. I didn't understand from the tech manual that the HDD couldn't be re-imaged from ROM. Please help! I can be emailed at tara-tara@usa.net
