Question Toshiba E3500C

Having trouble with toner not fusing properly and rubbing off on the first 3 or 4 copies then coming good.( colour and b/w modes ) It seems to also leave offset residue that has stayed on the fuser unit and then cleans itself off after the first few copies. Customer is using 100 gsm A4 and A3 mondi paper. Have turned up fuser temp and tried longer pre run code but no luck .Any Thoughts ? Cheers Micko

Found the problem - lamp in pressure roller blown - bit strange though no error codes and copier always warmed up okay - one to look out for
