EStudio35 won't power up

Hello,

I gracefully shut down the copier starting with the controller (operators guide) and now I can't get the controller to powerup. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Sometimes the controller will only come on after removing the plug from the wall and reconnect it. It can also take up to 30 minutes depending on which controller and o/s.

Problem solved, I'm not sure why it worked today because I tried unplugging the unit several times before but sure enough it's working with no further questions to ask. ThankYou Spock.
