eStudio 520 Firmware

Hi all. I have an eStudio 520 that freezes during the boot process. I have seen this on the 850 and it was a firmware and sometimes HDD problem. Does anyone know if the firmware is the same for the 520 and 850? If it is not, i would appreciate some help in locating the firmware. We get our support from Panasonic (DP-8540) and they don't support the 520. Thanks.

Good luck with that...100meg file. BTW do you think the trained Toshiba techs are just sitting around waiting for a firmware request? Or are you just special? Emujo
