E-Studio 207 E03 Error, inspite of no paper jam, fuser seems ok

i am getting E03 error in toshiba e-Studio 207,
there is no paper jam,
fuser is ok , themister is ok

Hello,
Search carrefuly onto fuser cover the actuator for exit sensor.
Is over there a spring who move the actuator in normal position when the paper has passed .
It seems the spring is out from the actuator.
