Printing Problem On Studio211c

My Toshiba e-Studio 211C cannot complete booting and for that matter I cannot print from my PC. After insatlling the software (downloaded from the net) my PC cannot even detect the Copier. Do I have to format the hard disk in the Printer Controller. Do I need any special software after the formating?

Solution from any quarter will be greatly appreciated.

If the fiery does not boot then you will not be able to print. If the fiery does not boot then you will at least need to reload the os on the fiery. If that does not work then new hard drive and restore.
