| had that problem a couple of times in past..when i had that problem, i was also getting a message on display screen saying "close front door"..problem was that when the dv. unit had stopped turning, the toner supply auger got compacted in auger assembly and the bottom of toner hopper which effectively locked up the augers and also caused the spring loaded gear at the end of the toner supply auger to come disengaged.( where the hopper and supply auger meet )..after unblocking and freeing up all augers from the toner hopper to the dv. unit, fuse didn't blow and all was fine..hope this helps.. |
