Process Unit Error
When the process unit error shows we rebuild the unit or install a new one then reset counters. There is no reset for the error code.

Do you have an error code or a message on the display?
You can reset the unit code in the service mode, 08-252 depending on the firmware version. I think the older version you have to clear data bits.

Assalam o Alikum

Dear Old version of this model were in "CRU Modes" that is Customer Replaceable Units. You have to replace the Unit.(Processing Unit).But if you upgrade this machine you can add SRU Mode that will alow you to reset Processing Unit. If you need fimrware, dont hasitate to contact me.I can provide you.
