E-16 Registration Broken?

Just updated the Firmware and now I get the Broken registration message on Machine- What do i need to do to resolve. machine stutters a bit and powers down. Tried reloading the firmware-then #* at the same time etc. still says broken registration.

Try *, 1 and 3. Do not off the machine during this mode. The machine will return to READY mode. Hope this helps.

Hi,

you can use 0+2 code this to enter the reg code. the default is 44 (UK).If your machine connect as fax machine this will impact what region you have selected but only for copier, Well I think this is it doesn't matter.
