| MP-4003 LCC Squeal from Double Feed Prevention Roller
Hello Everyone,
We have several of Toshiba e-Studio 810's with the MP-4003 LCC installed. We have two of the LCC's attempting to feed in a sheet of paper but make a loud squeal and jams in between the Paper Feed Roller and the Double Feed Prevention Roller.
1. We have replaced both tires with OEM rollers.
2. Replaced the Double Feed Torque Limitor that connects to the DFP Roller.
3. Replaced the LCC Main Motor and all Electro-Magnetic clucthes.
4. Replaced the DFP Roller One-Way Bearing.
5. Either cleaned or replaced all other one-way bearings.
If anyone has an answer to this one I sure would be appreciative.
