All you have to do is power the equipment off, install the USB key near the back right, then power the equipment back on. The functionality should be there, if you were scanning/printing before with the trail period there is no need to change any codes/settings. 673 is only for the trail period, once it has been used (e.g. once you put in a number of days up to 60) it can not be used again... afaik. You do not have to use 673 in conjunction with an enabler.

I do not install these often enough to troubleshoot.

Printing - scan e350

Can you help me how can i use scanner?
I have usb key - gm 2010, now machine can not scanning but it is printing,
pls tel me how can i use scanner? thanks.

If you have the correct enabler, the hard "SCAN" button should turn green when pressed. Does the enabler have "2010" etched or did the seller just say it's a GM2010. If the scan button turns green then you are not setting up the scan correctly. Emujo

When I press "Scan" my scan button does NOT turn green I also have the GM-2010....I had my hard drive replaced a while back, and i've re-entered my email addresses.
