E-studio 850 slow copying

Hi,

I have a problem where the copier is copying/printing very slowly. It prints 4-5 sheets then it cycles then prints again another 5 copies and so on. on observation the Transfer belt assembly comes into contact to drum and goes back down then again it cycles to contact drum, i havent worked much on estudio 850 , please suggest the way forward.
