| E-Studio 232 NPS problem
Hello,
Thw 232 is installed on each computer, but has a problem when printing multiple copies of a single document.
When you want to print multiple copies of a single document, it just won;t print at all... or sometimes it prints the document but with lesser sets than you asked.
For example when printing contracts from Word, File - Print - #of copies - Ok. If you choose 4 copies it simply won;t print at all.
When printing jpeg's i choose 3 copies but sometimes it prints only 2 of them.
This morning I had to print contracts one by one (print by print) because it won;t print multiple sets.
Has anyone been having this problem?
