Question Printing from OSX

Anyone here have experience printing from Mac OSX.

I'm running fiery X-GA1211 in the 311C and notice that several features in the printing from OSX aren't available.

Colour Mode: Greyscale not available
(other) Gamma: not available
WhitePoint/Phospors (not available but not sure why these are even there)
PureBlack Text/Graphics: 'On' not available
Combine Separations: 'on' not available
Auto-Trapping: 'off' not available (not that I would want that off)
Duplex: not available (the machine has a duplex unit which functions on the copier)

The fiery is running version 2.0. The latest is 2.2 I believe though that hasn't added much beyond 2.1.

Has anyone printing from OSX had similar options unavailable in the print driver. This could well be normal but I the ability to alter Gamma, Greyscale and Duplex on the print would be very useful.

I'll probably have to get a copy of the 2.1 fiery version and do through the process of getting it installed if that is the limitation at the moment.
