Multiply Copies & prints

Hello!

We have e-studio 4511&550 copiers.

We'r having problem to print multiply copies.
Example: If someone wants to print a document in x copies (x>1), our copiers print only one copy.

Any idea how to fix this problem?
I'll really apriciate your help.

It sounds like either they used proof copy or the max copy limit is set to one.
