Dear all,
is there any well-built driver for the e-165?.
i will go mad with the current Toshiba viewer!, it sees the machine at COM4,COM5,COM13 and then asking for the USB driver after that nothing works, some times it works for no reason!.
every e-165 is taking a massive time and effort to get connected.
is there any solution for this dilemma?.

Viewer Service Packs

Choose the Viewer Service Pack according to the criteria below:

• SP1: Updates v1.52 and v1.64 to v1.66
• SP6: Updates v1.66 and later to v1.94

If you are at v1.64 or earlier, apply SP1 and then SP6. If you are at a v1.66 or later, just apply SP6. You do not need SP2, SP3, SP4 and SP5. These service packs updated Viewer to intermediate versions that were superceded by v1.94

I think you need to update the version of your Viewer, the downloads are of 45MB+, unfortunately I don´t have them at this moment, but maybe you can check for them with your distribuitor.

our current edition is V1.91 ,i've upgrade it using the SP6 and it becomes 1.94 but the PC is still could not see the machine although the windows is detecting this MFP all the time.
i've spent more than 3 hours and finally it works using the Toshiba ViewerII.
it is a true headache !.

dear all,
after setting up the new driver (Toshiba viewer II) the order reaches the machine and the data led blinks for a while goes off and nothing comes out!.
any body can explain this?.
