Toshiba e-Studio 351c Error

We have a e-Studio 351c in our office. I came in this morning and there is a error: Close Duplexer Cover. I have checked every tray, and closed everything, yet the error still stands. I can not get to any of the copy functions. Someone please help me with locating the Duplexer Cover.

I think Duplexer cover is on the right side of Your copier. It is a problem with one micro switch. Possibly it falls when some one closed it to hard . Check every hole (right side I thing of this cover) if something is flying inside with cables.

I found it. It was the right side cover. It was jard open. Either way I have a service tech coming out to service the damn thing. It keeps putting both color and B&W lines through copies.

lines on both print and copies, it might be time for a PM...! simple fix.

Yes, both prints, scans, and copies. Probably is a simple fix, but the company pays for the service contract, so why not use it. still send me a PM though, would love to see the fix. It's probably just a damn colab issue.
