We have just had this printer installed and I have set all the computers in the Mac environment to remember each machines department code. Can this be done for the PCs? I'm not very hands on with non-Mac.
Yes one of the tabs on the print driver allows this with the newest driver.
Make sure snmp communications is turned on in the config tab so it "talks" to the printer for the changes.
