eStudio 351c Toner Issue
Hey guys,
We have an eStudio 351c at work and the toner cartridge needed to be replaced, so we called the same place and had them send us the same toner and everything... The problem is after installing the new bottle it runs its cycle and keeps displaying "replace black toner cartridge". There are no error codes displayed, Ive cycled the machines power to see if that would help and nothing has worked. I even tripped the 2 cover switches to see if I noticed anything and I am not sure if the toner bottle rotates (the whole thing or just the part towards the back of the machine where the opening is) ... Any help would be great.

First thing to check,take the toner bottle out shine a torch inside the toner cavity and check the cut-out on the revolver and the rear of the toner bottle correspond with each other.If this is ok,you may need to call a tech as the developer unit gears may be stripped,and the dev unit may not be turning
