Recovery Gl-1010

Everybody help me to repair my controler GL-1010.

- I had checked the cdrom, hdd... everything ok.
- I had dowloaded two file GL1020partv20 and GL1020recoveryv2125
- I use WinRAR program to open them on two folders and copy all this files to two cds (one for GL1020partv20 168,748KB and one for GL1020recoveryv2125 )
- I had conected computer monitor, keyboard, mouse to GL-1010
- I power on the photo machine, put GL1010partv20 disk in the cdrom, The CDrom run this CD some seconds and GL-1010 reboot , reboot,... and reboot.

I don't know Why didn't the cdrom run the partition cd (sets up and formats hd)?

Guide me this proplem please !

You can not do a straight copy of the iso files they need to be burned using a program that supports iso's. When you copy you do not get the boot section written to the cd's.
After burning the cd's install the partition cd and wait until the cd is done "reboot" is on the screen, then eject the cd put the recovery in and then reboot the machine and wait about 30-45 minutes until it says reboot. It should be fine but will take 45 minutes on the first reboot to initialize everything.

i have had some toshiba e 350, 450 machinese but i haven't had service manual them, can you show to me where do i seek it ?
