My copier has a problem that, the copied paper somtime still stays on the output transfer belt, it can not go to the fuser unit, so my copier tell an erro and stop copying, Who can tell me the way to fix that problem ? thank alot.
when i've had that happen, it's usually been one of the rollers within the transfer belt ass'y having a locked bearing which causes the belt to not turn properly...hope this helps..
