    Toshiba estudio 350

Not really trained on this machine but we have 1 in our area under a service agreement. We can't find the manual one of the past techs had for it but the fuser seems to be making a loud noise. Not quite grinding or squealing. Just loud. Is it maybe something where I can take the fuser out and clean it up or is there something I should be looking for? Any help would be appreciated.

If I can't find our copy of the manual in the next few days I just might hit you up on that Paul...

drum shaft makes noise and so does the fuser when it goes past pm schedule. there is a pm kit for the fuser that has everything but the bearings and plastic bushings. and the shaft just needs some grease where it goes through the drum plastic.
