Toshiba eStudio 450s

First call out to this Toshiba eStudio 450s was due to it having no power to it. I found out that it was caused by a burnt out switch on the power supply located under the fuser unit/section. I replaced the circuit board and power was restored to the Toshiba. However, after putting the machine back together a 920.06 Service Fuser error code came up on the machine. I can turn the machine on and off and it goes away but only for a few minutes before coming right back up. Is there a reset procedure for this code to get the machine working again or does it mean that there is a problem in the fuser and that needs to be addressed first? One other thing is that I can not see light from the fuser lamps. Any help appreciated, thank you.
