Unhappy e-studio 310c Gear Problem

Just got a toshiba 310c. Having problems with fuser gears. The gear that drives the fuser broke as well as a gear on fuser unit. Replaced but still makes grinding noise when warming up. Any ideas to correct this would be greatly appreciated.

check the rest of the gears in the fuser for wear, there's a double toothed gear which wears often on these machines ( white gear ) also, the gears that get driven by the one on the rear frame ( fuser drive ) there's a one way bearing & a couple of brass bushes on the fuser unit ( where the fuser & the gear on the frame meet ) , the one way bearing needs lub. & the brass bushes get very tight because dirt gets in there, usually after cleaning those bushes, replacing worn down gears etc... the noise goes & the machine sounds much better.
