changing drawer paper size on Toshiba 232

I have a admin assistant that is trying to run legal thru a drawer set up as ledger.
Obviously it jams.
Going thru the user screen and getting to the key to change drawer size, I find the key is not lit,usually indicating that feature is disabled.
I am thinking the set up tech , didn't activate it or it is locked out by pass code.
On the 16/20/25 series I worked on I know there was a tech code.
Does anyone here have the code they can PM me or tell me how to change the size??
I could call the dealer but the tech they send out is kind of slow.
Almost interesting to see how long it would take him, but I am trying to help the A. Asst. out.

if there are any print / copy jobs in memory, the change draw size icon will be greyed out, you would need to clear / delete all jobs 1st.
you can't disable the change draw size ( unfortunately, because it's a pain in the backside )

That must be the case as she was in the middle of a print job.
I will delete those in the AM and try again.
