I've just done search through here and haven't found any info ( apart from the fact the 1550 isn't much appreciated
).
I only use mine occasionally but the feed rollers in the back appear to have stopped working. This's the roller above the paper cassette . It picks up the paper but refuses to send it further . I can see this by looking in the slot on the rear of the machine.
Can anyone tell me ,please,how i can go about getting this to work? or is there another problem which may need addressing too?.The shaft appears to have a small clutch electrically operated,do these fail? and where in Australia would parts be available?
Other than that the machine is perfect for What I use it For ( brochures etc for my biz) and i can't see the point of replacing it.
