E-studio 250 Need Help

HI,
One of my client having e-studio 250/ 25 cpm, I visit for monthly service while checking the copier i found that i can not enter in the individual test mod ?

PRESS PROGRAM KEY.
AT NO 5 SELECT TEST MODE PRESS SET KEY.
THIS WILL SHOW YOU 3 OPTIONS
1 . AUTO TEST
2 . INDIVIDUAL TEST
3 . TEST RESULT.

WHEN I SELECT THE INDIVIDUAL TEST . DISPLAY SHOWS
NOT ALLOWED ?
please i need help , How can i ENTER in the INDIVIDUAL TEST MODE ?

press program key
then *#**
that will put it into service mode, you may access it then ( also you will get more choices )
it may be worth scrolling down to test mode ... maintanance ... memory clear, then clearing the pix memory, this sometimes causes weird problems.

also if something hasn't initialized ( eg: NIC ) or the machine is trying to process something, it won't allow certain things to be used on the menu / testmode.

Hi,

If the machine set department code and you don't waht the passwor is, you can use 1+3+on.
