fc015/22 problem

I just bought a used color copier. the problem is it runs streaks of blue ink from the top of the page to the bottom even if there is no image. I cleaned the machine still does it kind of random no streak is the same. I can attach an image if its needed. Was thinking maybe the ink was old or somthing. If its doesn't seem like an easy fix how do I look for a tech in my area?

that was not a very good machine. But if you are not a toshiba tech I would be sure to find one that is not a easy epu unit to jump into. I would clean the doctor blades for all of the dv units and replace cleaning blades also replaces main grid & charge wire.
