toner empty

gentlemen,

I have problem eStudio 18. always toner empty showed.and machine cannot operate. I have change new original toner, logic board, Ic Chip of the machine, and cable that from ic chip goes to board, still toner empty is there. if 08-203 set as 1 machine can work but counter doesn't count up. any body can help? please
